Write here your topic sentence for the body (paragraph 2):
Letting go will make us change to make a better decision.
We have all had to let go of something in our lives, particularly to someone we love for, and this is the most difficult part. It’s frustrating and difficult to realize that you won’t be with that person when you wake up, but it’ll be better for you and a life lesson to begin a new chapter in your life and learn what will make you happy.
People sometimes believe that letting go means being vulnerable, but it actually makes us stronger and, despite how painful it is, we are able to let go of everything we don’t want to lose in our lives and have learned to accept that. Leaving those circumstances and traumatic feelings behind is a positive development.
We change and we let go of things. Change occurs for a reason, and it isn’t always easy. It’s difficult to let go of the things you’ve been used to. When we do, though, we are free of the emotional restraints that had been holding us back, and we soon realize that it was the best decision we might have made. As time passes, we must find the strength to let go and grow.
TRAVELOGUE

“MY HOMEMADE ADOBO”
I learned to make adobo from my mother. Since it was one of my parents’ favourite food, it wasn’t absent from our banquet. All you have to do is to buy the ingredients of adobo such as soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pork/chicken, bay leaf, onion, garlic, and pepper, as well as cooking oil.
The first thing to do is to heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and onions. After that add the chicken/pork. Pour in the water, vinegar, and soy sauce. Wait a minute before adding bay leaves and pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat, then drop to a low heat to maintain a gentle simmer. Lastly, allow for another 10 minutes of simmering time, or until the sauce has thickened. Put it in the serving dish. That’s how you cook adobo.
Did you know that adobo is a famous dish in the Philippines. it was historically cooked in clay pots, it is now more commonly prepared in metal pots . When the Spanish invaded and arrived in the Philippines in the 16th century, they saw this popular Filipino cooking style and created the word adobo, which means “marinade” in Spanish.
